<span style="font-size: large;"><br /></span>
<span style="font-size: large;">1. Rebus 1/2 periuk air berisi 2 inci halia yang dipotong,1 batang kayu manis, 3 biji bunga lawang, serbuk lada putih dan 5 biji buah pelaga</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">2. Apabila mendidih, masukkan 1/2 ekor ayam dan rebus dalam 6 minit @ ayam empuk.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">3. Keluarkan ayam dan perap bersama kicap, 2 inci halia dan 4 ulas bawang putih yang ditumbuk halus. Masukkan sedikit garam</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">4. Basuh 3 cawan beras dan masukkan air rebusan ayam, garam dan seinci halia dipotong2. Saya masukkan garam sehingga air nasi tu terasa sedikit masin.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">5. Tanak didalam rice cooker</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">6. Air rebusan yang masih ada, tambah air dan lada putih, masukkan carrot jika suka, tambah garam dan secubit gula.</span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">7. Apabila menggelegak tutup api dan masukkan daun sup bersama bawang goreng. </span><br />
<span style="font-size: large;">8. Ayam yang diperap, saya goreng dengan sedikit minyak menggunakan kuali nonstick @ dibakar</span><br />
